The Forward looking Design Research Center is a core design and development department established by the company for the construction of medical and laboratory environments. It focuses on continuously promoting functional optimization and design innovation of medical and research spaces through systematic design strategies and standardized methodologies.

The center is guided by the whole process design research, integrating international perspectives, original design capabilities, and implementation feasibility, covering key links from deepening the preliminary plan, optimizing the effect presentation, to material selection and implementation, and improving construction adaptability. It constructs a full cycle design research system for high complexity projects.

The company's BIM team currently has 17 senior BIM engineers and has established a huge data model library. It vigorously promotes the improvement of the BIM technology application system, promotes the application of BIM technology in project design, construction, operation and other stages, provides technical assistance such as BIM modeling, comprehensive pipeline collision inspection, material list output, construction guidance, etc., and realizes the information management of the entire project life cycle.

Recently, the research and development of intelligent information technology has focused on multimodal interaction, low-code platforms, and breakthroughs in edge computing, which have been implemented in government affairs, industry, and other scenarios, significantly reducing costs and improving efficiency. However, challenges such as data security and cross-system compatibility still exist, necessitating the strengthening of industry-university-research collaboration to adapt technological iterations to the needs of industrial digital transformation.
