On June 11, 2026, the Launch Ceremony of GENO’s Global EPC General Contracting Ecological Partner Program and Strategic Signing Ceremony was grandly held at the headquarters of Hua'ao Holding Group. Witnessed by the China Pharmaceutical Industry Overseas Alliance and the Guangzhou Branch, SINO PHARMENGIN COPERATION (Design Institute for Strategic Cooperation on GENO Pharmatech Projects), GENO Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GENO Pharmatech), Hua'ao Holding Group and Guangdong Novalink Import & Export Co., Ltd. (Novalink) formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The three parties will jointly build a global ecological system for cleanroom engineering and expand the international pharmaceutical cleanroom market. Nanjing Zhiyuan Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xinxiao Information Technology Co., Ltd. provided media support for the event. Core representatives from all participating organizations gathered at the scene to discuss future cooperation.

Our delegation arrived at the venue at 10:00 a.m. The meeting officially commenced at 10:10 a.m. Ms. Amy Yang, Deputy General Manager of GENO Pharmatech, presided over the opening session. She introduced all attendees one by one and announced the detailed agenda of the launch and signing ceremony.

Ms. Zhang Xihan, Chairperson of the China Pharmaceutical Industry Overseas Alliance and Founder of Xinxiao Technology, delivered the opening speech. She spoke highly of GENO Pharmatech’s achievements in promoting the Overseas of the pharmaceutical industry. As a core council member of the alliance, the launch of the Global EPC General Contracting Ecological Partner Program is of far-reaching significance. She noted that this initiative will not only drive the alliance to reach new heights but also accelerate the global expansion of China’s pharmaceutical industry and continuously elevate the international standards and influence of China’s pharmaceutical cleanroom engineering sector.

A highlight of the event was the official launch of GENO’s Global EPC General Contracting Ecological Partner Program, presented by Ms. Amy Yang, Deputy General Manager of GENO Pharmatech. GENO Pharmatech has established a standardized cleanroom design system, sound supply chain management protocols and mature overseas project collaboration procedures. Our business covers four core segments: pre-project pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and admission services, pharmaceutical engineering planning and design, civil engineering & cleanroom construction and commissioning, as well as process validation and GMP certification. Subsequently, Mr. Xu Bingjun, Deputy General Manager of the Guangzhou Branch, SINO PHARMENGIN COPERATION (Design Institute for Strategic Cooperation on GENO Pharmatech Projects), and Mr. Xia Zunhua, Chairman of Hua'ao Holding Group, delivered speeches in succession. They shared their visions for cooperation from the perspectives of technological R&D, project implementation, manufacturing and industry trends, and expressed full confidence in the win-win cooperation and global market expansion of the three parties. Mr. Wei Yuan, General Manager of Novalink, also elaborated on follow-up overseas market expansion and cross-border business coordination based on the company’s international business positioning.

At 10:50 a.m., the ceremony entered its key phase: the tripartite strategic signing. Ms. Amy Yang, Deputy General Manager of GENO Pharmatech, Mr. Xia Zunhua, Chairman of Hua'ao Holding Group, and Mr. Wei Yuan, General Manager of Novalink, took the stage as authorized signatories. They completed the signing and stamping of the strategic cooperation agreement on site. After the signing, the three representatives shook hands and posed for group photos. Afterwards, representatives from the alliance, the design institute and all attendees of the three companies took group photos together to record this memorable moment.

Following the signing ceremony, all guests toured Hua'ao’s exhibition hall and production workshops. Our professional photography team accompanied the visit throughout, capturing footage of the cleanroom panel production lines, clean door & window production lines, purification equipment zones and core product exhibition areas. The team conducted on-site inspections of production capacity, manufacturing equipment and production technologies. During the visit, participants held in-depth discussions on production docking, product adaptation, overseas supply and project implementation, further consolidating the foundation for cooperation. At 12:00 noon, all attendees attended a business luncheon. Senior management of Hua'ao’s pharmaceutical, engineering, production, commercial and export departments joined the discussion. In a pleasant atmosphere, the parties refined cooperation plans and strengthened mutual consensus.

The on-site arrangements fully demonstrated the sincerity and strategic vision of the partnership. Custom welcome boards greeted all distinguished guests; the large LED screens clearly displayed the event theme, participating organizations, R&D partners and media supporters. Meanwhile, the three parties officially announced the establishment of the GENO Pharmatech Cleanroom System Production Base (GENO PHARMATECH Cleanroom System Production Base) with a dedicated plaque unveiled. This marks that the strategic cooperation has officially transitioned from agreement signing to physical operation.

This tripartite strategic cooperation stands as an important milestone for China’s cleanroom engineering industry to integrate high-quality resources and accelerate global expansion.
